Dr. S. Satyanarayana Policy ConsultingBetter universities.
Innovative skills.

Policy consulting for Vice-Chancellors, deans, councils and every institution ready to move from marks to mastery. Two connected policies turn every semester into a real, working project, so your graduates leave able to build, not only to write exams.

Policy consulting

Consulting that builds skill-first universities

We work with university leadership to redesign how learning turns into ability. Every engagement starts from your syllabus, your people and your accreditation goals, and ends with measurable change in what students can build.

Academic policy design

Learn–Build timetables, project credits and assessment rules written for your Board of Studies and Academic Council.

Curriculum and skill mapping

Your existing subjects mapped semester by semester to real projects and the ten skills of 2026, through to the 2035 skill horizon.

NEP 2020 and accreditation alignment

Outcomes mapped to COs and POs, Academic Bank of Credits records, and evidence ready for NBA and NAAC.

Faculty mentor development

Training faculty to run Project Studios, mentor with AI tools responsibly, and assess work instead of answer sheets.

Industry and community partnerships

A Real-Problem Bank built with companies, NGOs, gram panchayats and government offices, so every project has a real user.

Impact measurement

Semester reports on project completion, skill evidence and portfolios, so leadership sees progress in numbers.

Policy I · LBIAM

Learn by Morning. Build by Evening.

A student learns transfer learning at 10 AM and uses it on a real problem by 3 PM. The syllabus stays the same; the afternoon gets a new purpose.

From studying for marks to studying to gain

The old way
  • Study for marks
  • Memorise for the exam
  • Answer sheets
  • CGPA on a certificate
  • Forget after the semester
The LBIAM way
  • Study to gain skills
  • Apply it the same day
  • Working products
  • Live portfolio and Skill Passport
  • Remember it because you built it

Six signature innovations

Same-day Learn → Build loop

Every concept taught in the morning is applied that afternoon, while it is fresh.

Real-Problem Bank

Live problems from farms, hospitals, gram panchayats, MSMEs and industry. One student, one real problem.

2026 Skill Passport

Ten industry skills verified each semester as micro-badges, credited to the Academic Bank of Credits.

AI co-mentor + human mentor

AI assistants with a declared-use log; a faculty mentor checks understanding in daily stand-ups.

Friday Demo Day

A five-minute public demo every week. Every project ends with a GitHub repo, a live URL and a case study.

Ethics-by-Design gate

No project is graded until it passes bias, privacy and consent checks. Responsible AI carries marks of its own.

Explore the eight semesters

Example for an AI & Data Science programme. Each step uses that semester's subjects plus everything before it; any branch maps its own subjects the same way.

Morning subjects become

KrishiMitra

A crop-disease detection app that real farmers use. Same syllabus and same subjects, but at the end of the semester she has a product, not only marks.

Policy II · EXPLORE

The EXPLORE Framework

Each of the eight semesters pairs one core skill with one exploration project (E1–E8) assigned to a single student. Problems come from the real world, are logged once in a central register, and end up in a governed GitHub repository and e-portfolio.

Five lenses for real problems

IndustryLive problems from companies, MSMEs and GCCs
VillageAgriculture, water, health and livelihoods
StateState services and regional development
NationalMissions and national priorities
SDGThe UN Sustainable Development Goals

Governance built in

Exploration register

Each problem statement is assigned once and is not reissued to later batches unless the department opens it for extension.

GitHub and e-Portfolio

Department-owned repositories, faculty as reviewers, students as maintainers. Every project is public evidence.

Eight-project CV

Each graduate's one-page CV is built from eight real projects, GitHub links and certifications.

Skill horizon, 2026 to 2035

WAVE 1

Agentic and cloud-native

Agents, cloud deployment and modern data stacks.

WAVE 2

AI-native systems and trust

Systems designed around AI, with safety and governance.

WAVE 3

Autonomous, quantum-safe, edge

Autonomous systems, post-quantum security, edge intelligence.

How the two policies combine

LBIAM gives the time. EXPLORE gives the problems.

Policy I

LBIAM

  • A daily 2–5 PM Project Studio
  • Same-day application of every subject
  • Skill Passport and Friday Demo Days
  • Continuous, product-based assessment

Policy II

EXPLORE

  • E1–E8 individually assigned projects
  • Five problem lenses, village to SDG
  • Register, GitHub and e-portfolio governance
  • Skill horizon and certification ladder
A graduate with eight real projects, verified skills and a portfolio that speaks louder than a marksheet.

What would this mean for your campus?

Move the sliders to see what the timetable produces at your scale. These are planning figures from the model itself, not promised outcomes.

Assumes 3 studio hours a day, 5 days a week, one project per student per semester and one Friday demo a week.

Campus readiness check

Is your campus ready to build?

Five quick questions. Your score suggests where to start, and you can send it straight to Dr. S. Satyanarayana.

Do your students build a project in every semester today?
Do students keep public GitHub repositories or e-portfolios?
Do industry, NGO or government partners give you real problems?
Are faculty trained to mentor projects and use AI tools?
Is leadership open to changing the afternoon timetable?

How we work with you

Start small. Scale with proof.

Every engagement begins with a skill-gap audit and a written plan, then delivery, then measurement and reporting mapped to NBA and NAAC.

Questions clients ask

Frequently asked

Do we need a new syllabus?

No. Mornings run your approved syllabus unchanged. The afternoon Project Studio applies those same subjects to a real project.

Will students be overloaded?

The day keeps a one-hour lunch break, Saturday afternoons stay free, and project scope is tiered as basic, standard or advanced on one common rubric.

How are the afternoons assessed?

By continuous evaluation of the work: proposal, weekly progress and Fail-Forward Journal, mid-semester demo, final product, Skill Passport evidence, and an ethics gate with viva. The proposed weight is 4 credits per semester, subject to your Board of Studies.

How do you stop copied or AI-written projects?

Every student gets an individual problem from the register, commits work weekly to GitHub, declares AI use, and defends the work in a live viva.

Does it help with NBA and NAAC?

Yes. Each project rubric maps to course and programme outcomes, and every engagement ends with measurement and reporting for accreditation.

Do you guarantee placements?

No. We do not guarantee placements or paper acceptance. We report progress every semester so you can see the change in skills and portfolios.
